CALL FOR PROJECTS:

Registration regulations:
1. To be eligible, the films submitted must meet the following conditions:
→ to be produced in 2021 or, if applicable, in 2022
→ to have a maximum duration of 30 minutes and a minimum duration of 3 minutes
→ to be registered by March 31, 2022
→ to have Romanian subtitles next to the dialogue lines in other languages, if applicable
→ to provide the correct password for the copy of the movie viewing, if applicable, and provide it again if it is changed prior to the announcement of the final selection
→ does not have content that promotes racism, misogyny, homophobia or antisemitism
→ to complete the film's registration form
→ does not infringe the copyrights of third parties art
→ no films made for advertising or promotional purposes are allowed, only original artistic creations
The organizers reserve the right to automatically disqualify films that do not meet the above conditions.
2. The festival reserves the right to use excerpts from selected films for informational and promotional purposes (e.g. commercials, festival catalog, etc.).
3. The organizers reserve the right not to contact filmmakers whose films will be rejected for reasons related to point 1 of this regulation, or whose films will not be part of the final selection. Only filmmakers whose films will be part of the final selection of the competition will be notified by the organizers.
4. The personal data provided during registration will be used by the organizers to contact the filmmakers in case of selection at the festival and to establish details such as participation in the festival, distribution of the copy of the film, and other details about the event.
5. Submission of a film implicitly implies consent to the above regulation.
