Andrei is onwer and CEO of the IT company Code932. This local company develops software in various domains for clients around the world. From biometrics to video streaming platforms, Andrei has ventured into some of the most daring projects with Dragoș Grosu, his partner with over 20 years of technical experience in the field, and the team they have built around them.
Andrei’s dream is to do everything in his power to change the planet into a better place for future generations. How does he want to do that? Together with people – after 20 years of management experience, Andrei is absolutely convinced that great things are done through cooperation, not competition. This is why he and the company he runs are involved in local, collaborative projects with a long-term vision. Fear is the emotion that Andrei never lets take over, and the development of this skill is accelerated by his passion for enduro and motorcycle rallying.
Cristina is a consultant and associate facilitator with more than 4 years of experience in applying Design Thinking methodology. She has extensive experience in process improvement and project management based on an extensive career in marketing, brand strategy and multi-channel communication. He has worked with multi-disciplinary teams and organizations of various sizes in a variety of industries: IT&C, automotive, banking, business consulting, education, FMCG and retail. She is a certified business coach and is involved in programs that support the personal and professional development of new generations of young people in Romania.
Adrian is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EDUROM Group, with 20 years of expertise in the field of human resources. The company offers services in four business lines: training, recruitment, consulting and staff leasing.
Since 2020, Adrian is dedicated to the Group’s newest project – Eduromtech Digital School.
A graduate of „Grigore Moisil” High School of Computer Science and „Al. I. Cuza” University of Iasi, with a degree in Marketing, completing his training with a Master in Psychology, Human Resources and Training, Adrian is internationally certified in Situational Leadership®, Hermann HBDI®, BELBIN®, LIFO© and Coaching Institute© methodologies.
Adrian specializes in training programs, management consulting, organizational and strategic diagnosis, coaching and head hunting. He works for EDUROM’s strategic clients and global partnerships and acts at top and middle management level in industries such as Software Development & HiTech, BPO, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG or Retail (both online and brick-and-mortar).
The last 10 years are linked to the expansion of IT in Iasi, Adrian has been a Consultant for Romanian IT companies and multinationals for which he has built teams and generations of professionals both through Recruitment projects, but especially through Strategic Consulting, Training & Coaching.
With over 15 years of experience in digital and innovation, always on the move, passionate about simplicity, strategic thinking and how to improve the customer experience, Alexandru is CEO of ROCA X, a position from which he is focused on identifying start-ups with potential to accelerate their growth and help them become the unicorns of tomorrow.
With over 10 years of experience, Sonia has advised both local and international clients in a wide range of industry sectors in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, intellectual property law, data protection and consumer protection, e-commerce and telecommunications. In 2018, she graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Communication and Technology Law from the University of Oslo, and for the past three years Sonia has been advising in the venture capital field in connection with fundraising, governance and investment activities.
Bogdan is a graduate of King’s Business School and HEC Paris, with over 4 years of experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity. His passion for technology, business strategy and impact investing gives him a 360 understanding of the needs and challenges of any startup.
Delia Iliasa is from Iasi and has over 21 years of experience, of which the last 12 in the Health and Wellbeing industry. Before making the move into entrepreneurship, she was Commercial Director of Medicover Romania and Operations Director of WorldClass. From 2020 he joined SanoPass as a member of the Advisory Board and, from January 2021, as Managing Partner.
Gabi Crețu is co-founder and CEO of Cluj-based Evozon, a company that provides IT consulting and software development services. With a technical background, having started his career in IT as a developer
Product development comes against a backdrop of technical expertise acquired in the services area. Exposure to multiple verticals and business models has significantly helped to increase the success of investments in proprietary products. Not all have been successful, but they have been good lessons in entrepreneurship.
Two of the products that have „survived” the filtering process are Movium and TeleportHQ, the latter of which recently secured €2.2 million in seed funding.
Movium is a Mobility as a Platform (MaaS) solution, with addressability in the area of car-sharing, corporate car-sharing, e-scooter or bike-sharing, offering software solutions to manage busy fleets on the move. Movium manages a wide range of fleets, with fleets from as few as 10 vehicles to as many as 800 vehicles in its portfolio.
TeleportHQ is a low-code platform and is designed for software development specialists (Programmers, Designers, Project Managers). The platform helps specialists to significantly reduce the time required for UI development and offers visual editing capabilities, real-time collaboration, code generation and editing, Github integration and automated deployment from a single context.
