Andreea Badea (b. 1998) lives and works in Bucharest, Romania.

She graduated in 2019 at the National University of Arts in Bucharest (Photography and Dynamic Image Department), and in 2018 she received the Erasmus scholarship at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig. Andreea’s artistic practice relies on photography, video art, installation and set design. Her works analyze terms related to intimacy, nature, space and the rituals of the everyday.

Some of the artist’s works have been exhibited in Romania in galleries such as: Mobius Gallery, SwitchLab, Halucinarium, Salonul de Proiecte, etc. At the same time, she has collaborated with brands and magazines in the field of fashion such as The Future Of, Dune Journal, Glamour Romania, Men’s Health Romania, Il Passo etc, as a photographer.
