Oana Năstăsache is an artist born in Galați, lives and works in Cluj-Napoca, currently a Phd fellow at the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca which she graduated in 2013 at the Painting Department. Since then, she exhibited in many national and international group shows, rewarded in 2017 at the Jeune Creation Europeenne Biennale (JCE). Refinement, accuracy, intuition, diversity, simplicity are probably the most suitable terms to describe her works by associating them with visual perception. The stakes of such an aesthetic game are to manipulate these sometimes aggressive contrasting surfaces and to provide stability for them to coexist harmoniously.
