Olga Johnston este consultant în zona de modă circulară/sustenabilă, mentor pentru branduri și designeri independenți, profesor invitat la Facultăți de Modă, Design și Programe MBA.

Face parte din consiliul de advisor-i – Redress Design Awards, cea mai mare competiție de modă sustenabilă și e director al Global Sustainable Fashion Week. Scrie articole despre modă, coordonează fashion show-uri sustenabile și ședințe foto.

A generat și a coordonat primul fashion show sustenabil in Berlin, numit „Driving Sustainability” împreună cu Volkswagen Forum in 2017.
